We wanted to take a moment to address COVID-19 and how we are supporting our clients during “shelter in place” orders.
Many local and state governments, including our own, have issued “shelter in place” orders to slow the spread of COVID-19. We at dotprocessagents.com llc wholeheartedly support measures taken to protect the health and safety of our employees, customers, and partners. We do want to assure you that we remain dedicated to providing you the necessary permits, compliance, and advice that you have long turned to us for.
At this time our state and local COVID-19 orders recognize that certain businesses should be allowed to continue to perform their duties. As a business that supplies other essential businesses with the support necessary to operate, we will continue to report to work. However, we are taking appropriate health and safety measures to best protect our employees and community. We will continue to monitor and comply with what our government and health officials ask of us.

ACTIONS WE ARE TAKING IN THE WORKPLACE
We have implemented a daily routine of disinfecting all of our door handles, desktops, headsets, and other surfaces that are commonly touched on a daily basis.
We already have in place individual workspaces and equipment, which are not shared and are located more than six feet apart.
We have instructed all of our employees to follow the CDC guidelines regarding handwashing, avoiding touching the face, coughing/sneezing into a tissue or inner elbow, and staying home when sick.
We are also urging our employees to follow the “shelter in place” and “safer at home” orders by only reporting to work and to participate in other activities deemed essential, such as walks, medical care, or to purchase food.
We also have long known what others in the nation are quickly learning, that truck drivers are essential to our nation’s infrastructure, economy, and relief efforts. There are tens of thousands of transportation companies over the years that have sought our consulting, compliance, and permit services to aid their business and we are dedicated to continuing to provide this as needed.
