Our temporary authority package will supply you the necessary forms to have the temporary authority granted (excluding insurance).

Our temporary package for carriers includes:

• Emergency temporary authority
• US DOT number or DOT update
• BOC-3 filing

Clients purchasing this service will answer questions via phone interview, sign the provided documents, and return to us via email or fax. Once received, we will submit to the FMCSA the necessary documents the same business day (if received by 3:00PM CST). The FMCSA states the processing time for a temporary authority should be within 48 business hours of receipt.

The temporary authority will be revoked once the emergency declaration expires.

Please note: The FMCSA will not grant temporary authority without evidence of financial responsibility (insurance) or to a carrier currently under an OOS order.
